How are you holding up, friend?
Ya know... not gonna lie, not so great.
I’ve only been home for 9 or 10 hours in the past 12 days and solely to eat, unpack, do laundry, repack, shower and sleep.
I really don’t do well mentally when I’m alone and my anxiety has been out of control.
I’ve gone from barely moving to suddenly moving lots everyday in the insanely humid heat and my body hates it. Not to mention the fact that my skin has decided to go painfully nuts recently.
I’m beyond terrified of the insane amount of dental work I’m getting in three weeks.
I’m losing my insurance in July and I’m probably going to have to start paying over $300/month to insure myself.
My doctor just upped and added meds and I’m going to have to adjust to them while working at other people’s houses and at home on our anniversary.
I dunno man. Everything just feels really shitty right now and I just want things to go back to they way they were when baby b and I were together almost everyday. I just really hate this.

Sooooo I have an overnight bag that I like to keep as many little things as possible prepacked in, so I don’t have to unpack it every time I get home from somewhere and repack it every time I have to spend the night somewhere... and one of the things I recently decided to make was a little “overnight makeup kit” and I didn’t want to rebuy all of my expensive makeup to have duplicates of it my overnight kit, so I went to walmart and dubiously purchased E.L.F. versions of most of my makeup (except foundation and setting powder and lip stuff, I just can’t do that with the foundation because it took forever to find one I like, and airspun setting powder is like 5 bucks anyway and I love it, and I have like a dozen different lip liners and lipsticks so I just picked a pair to stick in the overnight bag). And I was shocked and delighted at how surprisingly serviceable their stuff is. 2.00 liquid eyeliner was actually really great (not waterproof of course), 2.00 mascara perfectly fine for everyday use (not waterproof, but I hate waterproof mascara anyway bc it’s a pain to get off and I always feel like I’m ripping out eyelashes), 3.00 blush worked fine, 3.00 eyeshadow brush is exactly like my expensive one, I did pay 10.00 for “nude/peach/pink” eyeshadow palette with like half the colors I didn’t need (probably should have looked around a little because I’ve noticed some 3 shade palettes for like 5 dollars in other brands). Anyway, now my adhd ass doesn’t have to stress out about leaving expensive makeup places, or forgetting to pack it etc etc etc... I’m really trying at this adulting okay :P, it’s the little things
